What Is The Problem If I Have Diarrhea, Bloating, Gas, Painful Bowel Movements, Stomach Aches?

I am a 50 year old female with the following symptoms.. extreme diarreah for a month, bloating, gas, painful bowell movements, stomach aches every time i eat, I have had two colonoscopies in the last seven years that were both negative. Stomach expnds to the point that I look seven months pregnant. Peviously diagnosed with irratable bowell syndrome. I dont think the physicians could actually identify the problem.

Intestinal infection is the most likely cause of this symptoms, if I would be your doctor then I would treat you with the following medicine,
1) Tab. Metronidazole 400 mg twice in day for 7 days
2) Tab. Dicyclomine one tab three times in day
