Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

After going through your medical details, I understand your concern and I would like to tell you that you are going to get a Rota ablation with coronary angioplasty +/- stent. In this procedure a catheter is introduced and advanced to the coronary artery and a guide wire is used to cross the stenosis inside the coronary artery. The drill head is used to remove plaque deposits. The guide wire is used to advance a balloon and/or a stent to the site of the stenosis. You will be awake during the procedure and your heart will be working and pumping the blood.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
