What Is The Prognosis For Vaginal Atresia And Imperforate Anus?

My daughter was diagnosed with Prune Belly Syndorm almost 8 years ago. I have heard from other doctors that maybe she would have another syndorme. Her issues were/are vaginal atresia, imperforate anus, urethral obstruction and kidney failure, ectopic displaced and non functioning kidneys, wrinkly abdomen, club foot, and hip displasia. Cloacal Anomaly, Her bowel and "bladder" were essentially connected.
