What Is The Prognosis Of Clonic Tonic Seizure?

my son is 24yr and collapsed on the street ...diagnosed with clonic tonic seizure ...soafter being taken to hospital has a blood test and his serum ggt is over 1200 u/l and his serum ferritin is over 1120 ng/ml ....abused an alkohol for many years - how much all is related n what is the prognosis ?
