What Is The Purpose Of Decapeptyl?

hi,i am 25 yrs old.i am trying to conceive .two days ago,i have done folli-culometry test.my follicle study say,contain one large follicle measuring about 24x16mm and few smaller ones are less than 10mm in size in right ovary with one cyst measuring 24x19mm.in left ovary contain two follicle 17x17mm,16x13mm..my doctor gave me two decapeptyl 0.1mg on that day.now i am confused.is my follicle report bad or good?how possibility to conceive as soon as?pls anyone help me to know.......thanks
