Hi there,

I will try to explain.

1. Deplatt-A 50 mg: These are antiplatelets(Clopidogrel+ Aspirin). In simple words 'Blood thinners' which is indicated in heart diseases such as Post Myocardial Infarction(Heart attack), Cardiomyopathy etc. Side effects are they can cause excessive bleeding, dizziness, nose bleeds etc and contraindicated in Peptic ulcer disease etc

2. Ramipro(5 mg): Ramipril, This medicine is ACE Inhibitor which is indicated in Hypertension(especially in Diabetes Mellitus) it lowers mortality rate,Post MI(Heart Attack), CHF. They are specially indicated for low ejection fraction disease like CHF(Congestive heart failure). Side effects are cough on chronic use or intolerance, hyperkalemia etc

3.Metolar (50mg): This is a betablocker which are used for high blood pressure, MI, arrhythmia(irregular heart beat), Chest pain, hyperthyroidism. Side effects are Bronchospam(not indicated in Asthma or Lung disease),cold hand and fleets, depression etc to name a few

These medicine are indicated in a high blood pressure and should be taken for a lifetime as combined they will greatly decrease the mortality and they will reduce the complications of hypertension such as Myocardial Infarction, CHF, hypertensive Nephropathy etc in a long term. It is advisable to continue these medications unless any intolerance or contraindication is present/arises.
