What Is The Purpose Of Taking Mcbm 69 While Trying To Conceive?

Hi, my name is swati 28 year old...we want to start family...so we are trying from last 6 months...a month before we went to the doctor for his advice and he suggest me MCBM 69 tablet course for two months...one more thing...i have gone all through the general test which doctor suggest while planning for baby...i just want to know that what exactly the role of this tablet and should i go for some specific test of fertility?

Hi,

Tablet MCBM contains methylcobalamin, folic acid and pyridoxin. It may be an ideal combination for use in pregnancy, during lactation as well as during ante natal and post natal weakness. But this combination is not specific for use as a product for conceiving.

If you have gone for all the general test of your as well as of your spouse for fertility, then in my opinion at least a wait for one year is advised to proceed for more sophisticated tests etc. In the meantime, you should plan your sexual course taking into account the most fertile window of menstrual cycle considering your ovulation period.
