What Is The Reason And Remedy For Stinging Pain In Back ?
Hello, I had an accident 11 days ago, I was hit by a motorcycle while I was cycling. The main problem was fractured pelvis (upper part), however now when it s getting better (I can walk almost without pain) I can feel stinging pain in my left back, it feels like a muscle pain, but when I touch little inside it starts to be stinging. Even it s not that strong I have felt it for these 11 days and it s not getting better. I haven t done USG after the accident, just X-ray of the pelvis. At the moment I am in Thailand where I work, that is why I d rather get some information online before going to doctor. thank you in advance for any help.

you must be having deep muscle spasm if you dont have fracture. then you can do is take a thick towel place it in the hot water , wring it and apply on the back.. it will give you deep muscle relaxation and look for some isometric exercises for the back or visit your nearby physio to know your exercises. you will find relief in few days
