Night flow of sperms during sleeping is due to the release of the excessive semen which has been formed in our body. The synthesis of fresh semen takes place all the time. If it is not released normally by sexual activities or by masturbation then it gets released on its own. This is not a medical problem and does not need any treatment. Indulging in sex will improve your problem.

Hello.Welcome.All unmarried males suffer this naturally occurring phenomenon.your pent up prostatic and seminal fluid find their way out in the night during sleep even by slightest stimuli in dreams.You don't have to take any treatment for this.Once you have regular partner ,like wife,you will stop experiencing these night falls.Good luck.

Hello...welcome to HCM forum.......I have gone through Ur problem..,it is commonly seen in the males......don't bother about this ...in medical term ..,called..,nocturnal emission (wet dream)..it is harmless , involuntary discharge of Semen during sleep, usually occuring in conjunction with erotic dream ..hence don't fear..it occurs due overfilling of seminal fluid in the scrotum.., when erotic dream on excitation precipitate this condition......no medication is necessary..........marriage is the permenant solution...otherwise U do one thing using of 25 mg Imipramine (antidepressant)..for 1 month..will solve the problem...ok goodluck
