Urologist 's  Response
Hi
The urine test being normal, it is unlikely to be due to infection. 16 cc urine in bladder on sonography is also normal. You will need cystoscopy to evaluate the cause for bleeding. The more common possibilities are bleeding from prostate if you are a male, bladder tumour or stones in your kidneys which are not seen on ultrasound.

Please consult an urologist for cystoscopy.
