What Is The Reason For Child's Screaming And Reddening Face?

Grand daughter 11 week old breast fed only, started with screaming out of the blue several times a day for no apparent reason. Abdomen soft, she can be eating or just sitting there not cry or fussy and she will scream for a minute or two, face is red and tears. 1st time was Sat. and every day since. She never did this before. She does not have a fever, she is not sick. She had her 2 month old check up last Wed. and had 3 shots but was not fussy and she is eating good everyday. We do not know if we should call the Dr. or not.
