What Is The Reason For Discomfort After Passing Urine?

Hi I am a 34 year old male. After I pass urine I feel a weekness to pass water for up to an hour after I pass water. Ejaculation seem to make it weeker. I am now scared to have sex incase I end up incontinent. I have had a historectomy 16months ago and I have had problems with pains in my ball every now and again. I am quite worried now and am scared to give the full story to my docs incase I hear something I dont want to.
