What Is The Reason For Dizziness, Nausea And Tiredness After Bruising Behind Ear?

My fiancé has bruising behind left ear. Two days ago he got was at jujitsu and doesn't remember being hit in the head but has since developed this bruise. He has been dizzy and has nausea and tired. I feel he has a head injury. Can you please provide some guidance?

hello. it may be likely that he may have sustained a mild injury or concussion , which may be the cause for his dizziness, please consult your neurologist for further evaluation. thanks
