What Is The Reason For Dizziness?

I am very dizzy. This started two days ago and has not gotten better. I don t feel ill but my head is swimming so bad its difficult to walk. My BP is elevated 146/106. I worked Thursday at an animal shelter where the animal smells were overwhelming and by Friday morning the dizziness had begun.

First of all you should control your blood pressure and secondly goes towards vertigo is it associated with nause vomiting ???
