What Is The Reason For Frequent Urination, Urge To Urinate, Pain In Penis After Urination?

Hi. I have been dealing with a urinary issue for almost a year. I have urinary frequency and urgency. At times, my groin will hurt after I'm done urinating and I will have pain in my penis. I will at times have stomach pain, blood in my stool, bleeding after bowel movements, rectal pain, constipation, and diarrhea. I have seen a doctor who put me on an anti-inflammatory and that helped for awhile. I saw a urologist who put me on Vesicare because they felt I have Overactive Bladder. I am still taking both the anti-inflammatory and Vesicare, but I am still experience the frequency and urgency. I feel like its worse and I can't really get any relief or able to relax. I am really tired of dealing with this issue and would love to help. Thanks!

Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
You didn't mention the age ,which was very important in this case .
Still urgency of urine and pain in penis during urination may be .
1 Stone in urinary tract system . Diagnosis can be confirmed by ultrasound of urinary tract organs.
2 U T I is another most common reason of pain in penis and frequent urination so get in urine culture.
3 Urethral stricture is another common cause due to any reason . Diagnosis can be confirmed by ureteroscope examination.
As you mentioned that there is blood in stool during bowel movement , so in my opinion consult a surgeon and get his opinion as physical examination will rule out the hemorrhoids or fissure in anus ( main cause of blood in stool ).
