Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
It could be the irritation of the lower gut or the lower muscles, due to a sudden jerky movement , I advise you to start with a slow movement, and gradually make it fast.
By taking rest for a while, or a day the pain may go away.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms mefenamic acid, dicyclomine hydrochloride, and cifixime.
For first few days avoid takig spices, junk foods, and oily foods.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery, and success full carrier. Thank you.
