What Is The Reason For Having Pain In Scapula And Indentation On Shoulder Blade?
Hello, my spouse is a male age 31, he is complaining of pain in his scapula. He dislocated his shoulder blade in 2008. There is also an indentation on his shoulder blade, he went to the doctor and they ruled out arthritis. Anything else you can think of that is closely related to this.

Pain in the your case may be due to mainly 2 reasons:
1) Recurrence of the pain due to re-inflammation of previously injured tissue.
2) Fibrofascitis...meaning inflammatory points near the scapula muscles and fascia, which is a problem common at this age.
Kindly get an X-ray done and a complete Arthritis panel blood test.
Start with tablet Nucoxia 60 mg twice daily. If this does not relieve pain then a short course of tablet predmet under orthopedic supervision will help.
