What Is The Reason For Intermittent Stomachache, Pale Face, Nausea, Weakness, Gas?

Yes i have a chronic mild or vague pain on left side of stomach ,my face is always a pasty white because of a loss of color I guess,feel mild nausea when i wake up in the mourning and intermittent nausea through out the day,not alot of energy either,it almost feels like I am anemic at times,I have gas in the mourning. All of these symptons are not constant they have been on and off for about 3 or 4 weeks
