What Is The Reason For Me To Lose My Concentration On Studies ?

sir i have completed my 12th with good mrks but now i am losing my concentration on studies i wanted to study but i cann t some bad time memory comes in my mind and stops me studying

Bad memories haunt everyone, but with a little self control, healthy distraction, good company , one can make it fade in time.
Also its quiet normal to be a little less sincere once you are in college, in school there was more disipline , parents and teachers always kept an eye on you. That is not seen in college ..so now self-disciple and setting standards and goals for yourself and by yourself is required.
If these are very stressful you talk to a psychiatric conunselor.

Lot many things to tell you.
TRy following things to boost your self confidence which will basically reduce fear.

1. Tk self over view and set realistic mark's target
2. mk a time table accordingly to finish studies in time
3. Yoga / morning walk /meditation will relieve stress and help you in better concentration.
