Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,
Thank you for asking question on health care magic.
The urine test ruled out urinary tract infection.
then it may be fungal or bacterial infection of the vagina.
Local application of antibacterial and anti fungal ointments along with systemic antibiotics may help.
Consult pediatrician if no improvement.
Hope this answer will serve your purpose
Please feel free to ask any more queries if required
Take care
