What Is The Reason For No Bowel Movement 4 Days After Colonoscopy?

I had a colonoscopy 4 days ago with no polyps. I have not had a BM YET. No bloating, no pain, no fever. I checked for stool but nothing of firmness, only whitish stuff. I am on Minimal BP MEDS. And take calcium, joint pills, 1000 mg of vit D every other day. I have a 7 mil cyst on pancreas which was discovered in July and will be checked soon. Should I be concerned?

it can take up to a week for bowel movements to normalize after colonoscopy. I wouldn't be concerned unless you are having abdominal pain or fever.
