What Is The Reason For Non Rupturing Follicle?

Dear dr,I am 46 years. usually i have 28 or 26 days cycle. But this month i got 32 days I got follical test my right ovay measured on 22nd day of my cycle is 30mm end thickness13.6mm but still it is not ruptured, what is the reason, when it will get ruptured and whether it will rupture or not? the follicle became a cyst and it wont rupture.
if you missed your period you should need progestrone to get withdrawal bleeding.
CHECK YOUR AMH HORMONE LEVEL.IF IT IS NORMAL YOU CAN GO FOR OVULATION INDUCTION WITH iui.
