i ve got married on january.my periods stopped by may 23rd.i tested with the pregnancy card for 2 times,but the result was negative.still no periods.kindly answer me.i m 25yrs old,wt:59kg,ht:5 9.my doctor advised me to take a scan.what s the problem in me

irregular periods can be due to an underlying disease of ovaries or uterus. diseases like PCOD are very common and cause irregular periods.doing the scan will show the ovary structure, uterus and other structures and it is easy to diagnose any underlying disease.
PCOD can have cysts seen on ovary by scan.Please undergo scan as per your doctor`s advice.

Irregular periods suggest that ovulation is not occurring regularly. Due to infrequent ovulation pregnancy becomes difficult. Most commonly it is due to hormonal disorder. Poly cystic ovarian disease is common cause leading to these symptoms. You and your husband both need to be evaluated thoroughly. Consult a gynecologist for your problem. You need to do few blood tests (FSH, LH, progesterone, prolactin, TSH, blood sugar) and ultrasound examination . Take care

thank u for ur advice doctor.i'm advised to take organon&siphene tablet before taking scan.yet periods has not come.what shall i do.
