Hi Ms. Rashmi,
In the current scenario, you can also get a serum beta-hCG titre to rule out pregnancy. Endometrial thickness in the absence of pregnancy points to excessive estrogen production and this calls for further investigations like a complete hormonal profile, assessment of the ovaries for evidence of polycystic disease, blood counts and also test for other factors that may possibly create the amenorrhea. Withdrawal bleeding can be induced through hormone supplements once pregnancy is excluded. Please maintain a healthy weight and a healthy diet. Take care.
