What Is The Reason For Pain In Head And Back, Nausea, Dizziness With CT Scan Being Normal?

Hello. I recently receive a head and back injuries that I had checked out last week. The CT scan on head, neck, and spine came back clear. I've just been dealing with pain in those areas and in and off nausea, some dizziness. Earlier today I had a dull to moderately painful headache that seems to have gone away but now I feel like I could faint, especially when I'm standing. Should I see a doctor or is this more of what I should expect for this type of injury?

Welcome to HCM.
Your ct-scan is normal then there is no need to worry.
It might be due to concussion of the brain after injury.
Take proper rest.
Take nsaid to subside pain.
Local application of nsaid gel will be helpful to some extent.
Drink more water.
Keep in touch with your doctor.
