What Is The Reason For Pain In Palm When Bowling?

While bowling I got a pain in my right palm. The next day I had slight swelling in the middle of my palm below my middle two fingers. I also can not make a fist. It hurts to try and make a fist but I also physically can not squeeze it closed it all the way.

i think you should get an x ray of the hand immeadiately
there might be either involvement of a ligament or tendon
i am more worried about bony problems

i would suggest you get the xray as soon as possible
