What Is The Reason For Severe Stomach Pain With High White Count And Big Purple Blotches All Over The Body?

my Sister felt ill Sunday night, Monday morning, she couldn t speak or use her legs. She had horrible stomach paims and high white count. She lost blood flow to her legs and her whole body was covered in big purple blotches. She passed away Tues. afternoon. (today) We have no answers other than she was full of infection. How could she die so quickly after being absolutely fine prior to Sunday?

Noted the history of sudden demise of you sister who was alright prior to Sunday.
She fell ill on Sunday night, could not speak or use her legs, has horrible stomach pains, raised white cell count, lost blood flow to the legs, whole body was covered in big purple blotches. Died on Tuesday afternoon, wants to know why and how.
Sorry for your loss.
From the history you have provided, this looks to be a septicemic shock, that has caused the multi-organ failure particularly circulatory system that could not be revived.
Another possible reason is lung embolism, aortic thrombus occluding both the legs arterial supply and thence the further complications. The death certificate give the reasons of the death, please refer to it.
