What Is The Reason For Soft, Painful Lump On Foot?

I just realized I had a soft lump painful to touch on top of my foot, closest to my toes. I can see the veins seem to stop together at this point if that makes sense- like something ruptured .

I did exercise today but been having trouble with really bad bunions and having difficulty walking. I'm not overweight and I'm only 26. What could this be?

Something serious that could lead to the heart?

HI . this can be an hemangioma to think of a diagnosis of bad disease. Not really very serious , can be managed well due to availability of modern machines to diagnose what it really is and planned surgery if needed be.
