What Is The Reason For Stomach Cramps Followed By Diarrhoea While On Birth Control Pills?

hi I was wondering anybody can help. occasionally after a meal Maby once a month or so, I get terrible stomach cramps followed by dihoreah which after about 12 hours passes. there seems to be no logic as I am not eating or drinking anything different from normal. I am 27 female and am on no medication other than birth control pills please help

I really appreciate your concern, such symptom of diarrhea or passing the stool occasional three to four times in day may not be the sign of any disease but it could be normal one but some time it may be due to dyspepsia, with the history of abdomen pain along with this it could be the infection so I would suggest to try Tab Sacnidazole 1 g in single dose hope this information helps.
