Hi,

The water you had in your mouth before vomiting is saliva produced due to GI spasms (cramps).

If your stomach got back normal after vomiting, I'd suggest to take some rest:
- and to drink more water
- have light meals/soups
- avoid citrus, carbonated or spicy foods for a couple of days

If the symptoms will persists, should be further evaluated with GI specialist.

All the best!
