my 2 months baby is having loose stools for one day (4 to 5 motions/day) what r the reasons (she is havng breast feed as well as cows milk)

Give her only breast milk, anything else from outside source is bound to induce infection and loose motion..sterilise the feeding bottle daily...best is to avoid using it completely...and give only breast milk.
