What Is The Reason Of Severe Pain In Stomach?

Hi there
I am having severe pain in my upper stomach, below my breasts. It is in both sides. It is a stabbing pain. I have been lifting heavy boxes this week and am not sure if this may have casused the problem. I am continuously tired and extremely irratable

As per the narration, there can be the muscle spasm, dehydration or other underlying intestine Colic from other issues.

In my clinic, I recommend analgesic, proton pump inhibitor for 2 to 3 days and later if required order an ultrasound examination.
