What Is The Reason To Have Mild Pain In Rectum, Cold Sweat, Faintiness While Using The Toilet?

yes I am a 42 year old male and today I had mild pain in my rectum. so I went and sat on the toilet broke out I cold sweat and felt like I was going to faint. I did not have to go to the bathroom. This has happened to before about 4 times in the past 3 years.

you probably have constipation
thats the reason you would strain in stools
thereby u will have pain
the excess straining and the pain cause vasovagal syncope
that is sudden fall of bp
causing your symptoms

suggest
take plenty of fluids
yake stool softeners
