What Is The Recommended Analgesic For Osteoarthritis?
Hi I am doing a pharmacology paper, I am doing a case study my patient had ace inhibitor NSAID and dehydration induced acute kidney injury I need to restart her mediations and manage her severe osteoarthritis. I have organised orthopaedic input and they are happy to do a total knee replacement in 3 months. I am thinking of restarting her ACE inhibitor and aspirin cardiovascular risk 15% paracetamol and need another analgesic what would you recommend.
