dear friend your low back pain and buttock swelling seems related muscular pain.get examined by your family doctor if severe.if all reports are normal then physiotherapy and exercise will help you a lot on long term basis. presently if you have severe pain then take muscle relaxant medicine like combination of aceclofenac+paracetamol+chlorzoxazon and consult physiotherapist.
-exercise for low back pain- raise your leg sraight from hip joint without bending from knee after sleeping on back and then put down slowly. same exercise for another leg and then raise both leg simultaneously. sleep on abdomen and raise your head and chest backward. do all these exercise 40-50 times per day by increasing slowly daily.

hope this answer will be helpful to you.
for more queries plz don't hassitate to ask.
