What Is The Recurring Pain In The Elbows And Knees With Stretching Sound?

I have been having pain on the sides of my elbows which is occasionally accompanied by the sound of old elastic stretching and pain at the top of my knees. I have osteoarthritis in my feet and the elbow pain does not feel like the same type of pain as I have in my feet. My knees may be osteoarthritis though.

More weight can cause osteoarthritis problems.
Ageing is also one of the factors.
