My grandaughter had a red rash on her neck abnd layers of skinyou sloughed off. A weekand later ittoday is back. What couldto it be?out the size of a half dollar. It spread all over her neck. Prednisone cream caused it to fade and layers of skin peeled. A week later it is back. What is it?
