What Is The Remedy For Acid Reflux Having The Symptoms Of Tightness Around The Chest?

Dear Sir / Madam,

I Ch. Karuna (Female, 40y) suffering from a gastric trouble. The symptoms are

1) Feeling weight around chest area after taking food.
2) Some kind of gas travelling from digestive system to throat (burning sensation)

Please help me !

It may be due to GERD. Gastro oesophageal reflux. And this leads to oesophagitis.
So mostly you'll need a course of proton pump inhibitors.
If it doesn't subside, go ahead with upper gi endoscopy. And they'll look for h.pylori infection on biopsy. This should help you.
