What Is The Remedy For Back Pain?
got severe back pain.... im a software engineer. on 14th feb i slept on bed with matress and next day morning it started with a fair amount of pain and now its killing pain... cant walk easily. cant do anything easily.. please can anyone help me what is the matter with me....

You have severe muscle spasm leading to backache. My advice would be hot water fomentation, pain killer and muscle relaxant like tab.powergesic mr 1 twice daily for 4 to5 days, bed rest.
