What Is The Remedy For Back Pain?

Hello,

I have been suffering with back pain for last 2 years. It started with very minor pain on the left sid of upper back (felt like some muscle pull) and it kept increasing and now I have severe pain on both sides of upper back. I cannot do any activity which exhausts me an also I have lost weight and lot of muscle power. Some 9 months ago I
went through X-ray of upper back and it showed that the structure of spine has change and doctor diagnosed this as a reason for pain. He also told me that this can not be completely cured and only way to help is to go through physiotherapy session. I had 15 day session during Dec'10 but after that I couldn't go through it again. Now-a-days I am in continuous pain and my routine life is hampered. I visited another doctor and he said the same but he also advised me to go through MRI scan for spine.

Please give me some valuable advice so that I can get rid of my back pain. I would be grateful.

Details about me:
Age - 29 yrs
Height - 5'7"
Weight - 55 (approx.)
Medical History - Nothing unusual
Life routine - Has to sit on chair in front of computer for 12 hrs. (approx.) daily due to work.

Thank you.

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern looking to given history here I would say that if this is the spinal degenerative disease then till you reach up to the final solution or treatment for the degenerative disease it would be better to continue with the NSAID that is the only option you have, take care and have a nice day.
