My names David, have chronic leg cramps, not the normal large muscle cramps, but more like a rope stretching from my groin down the ack of my leg to my knee. When it cramps up it is about one inch inch diameter , hard as a rock between my knee and groan. It can appear in the back of may leg and also deep in my calf. The only tint thing that gives me relief it is potassium.
Hi I think you should get serum electrolyte calcium vit d and b12 levels check. Usually it is common in people who are expised to less sunlight and whose calcium intake is less. You should take muscle relaxant like myoril and calcium supplement until you get your reports done. Get well soon. Thank you.
