What Is The Remedy For Cold, Cough And Sore Throat With Shoulder Pain?

I m 24 years old and I ve been sick for over a week and my conditions haven t changed. I have a really good immune system, I get sick maybe once a year. At first I noticed a rather large bump behind my left ear, along with some mild pain. The next morning I woke up with a headache and severe neck/shoulder pain. The bump was throbbing also. Half way through the week I started to develop a tightness feeling in my chest, when I breath its super tingly like there is mucus. When I try to cough to get it out there is nothing. I have been sweating a lot, and feeling really tired. I have no other cold symptoms like sore throat or a runny nose. I know that when you re fighting off a cold your lymph nodes will swell, but I feel like this isn t a normal cold. I would really like to hear your thoughts. I really want to feel better. Thanks !
