What Is The Remedy For Cold Like Symptoms With Sinus Pain And Stuffed Nose?

Hi, recurring cold like symptoms, including sinus pain, headache, stuffed nose and also foggy thinking having difficulty concentrating and have to keep reading same line. Memory very bad and difficulty in conversation as lose focus due to poor concentration. Now also have insomnia. Have loss of appetite over past couple months lost 2 stone. I have hypothyroidism which is checked regularly and I am on anti depressants for past 5 months. My age is 45 and i am female. Not sure what I am asking just don't want to go to my doctor with this as feel silly.

All those symptoms are probably associated with your main diagnosis hypothyroidism. Try intranasal corticosteroid, they will most likely help you.
