What Is The Remedy For Hiccups?

I m 53 yrs with no medical history. I m suffering from hicups since last 3days I also feel acidity it happens once in a year and in the past doctor recommended some tests related to kidney etc. and all the reports were normal and he told that there is no specific reseaon for the hicups. Pl. suggest a remedy ..

hello thanks for consulting at hcm..the hiccups could be due to lot of reasons,, in your case it might be due to acidity resulting in increased gastricesophageal reflux resulting in sudden and involuntary contraction of diaphragm..so it is better you consult a ge specialist for a check up and treatment,,hydrate yourself well, keep your stress levels low..hope it helps,,take care,,
