What Is The Remedy For Loose Motion?

Dear Doctor,
My son is 4 years old, from last 2-3 months, he is suffering from loose motion (sticky) and stomach ache, his weight is 15Kg. When i go to a doctor and give him medicine, he becomes fine for 3.-4 days but after that again this problem persist. Please advice what should i do?

Repeated hand washimg should be practised.
Maintain proper hygeine and give him balanced diet.
Avoid all kind of junk food items.
