What Is The Remedy For Severe Cramps In Lower Pelvis Area After Vaginal Delivery?

I had a baby almost 8 weeks ago. after vaginal delivery my placenta was growing into my uterus, they had to put me to sleep and remove it. i had to be given 2 pints of blood from all the blood loss. i am still bleeding with pieces of placenta still coming out and small clots as well. this is also with severe cramps in lower pelvis area and cramps in stomach. I'm sick and feel like puking half the time and weak most of the time. also have sharp pains in back and left hip at different times in the day. what do i do? please help

Hi,
thanx for the question,
sometimes it happens that bits of placenta may be retained aftr delivery and need manual removal. If u are passing placental bits with clots, get your sonography done to confirm that it is empty.
the cramping pain is many times due to uterus coming to its normal size.
