What Is The Remedy For Symptomatic Multifocal Nodular Hyperplasia With Constipation Issues?

I have symptomatic multifocal nodular hyperplasia of the liver with more than 4 tumors (lesions) that are hyperintense on the CT and have lost almost 100 lbs in under 1 1/2 yrs. I also have an excessively long, twisty colon which should cause constipation issues, and yet I suffer from constant loose, frequent, greasy and foul smelling stools. The gastroenterologist says this is a "psychiatric" issue even though scans have shown some growth in the tumors. Do I need another opinion?

HI'
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, you have done the CT scan now in my opinion it is better to go for MRI scan, for the diarrhoea this could be protozoa infection and this will come around with the anti-protozoa drug.
1) Tab Metronidazole 400 mg twice a day for 7 days
2) Lyophilized Bacillus one sachets thrice in day
If you will go for another opinion then there also you will be having same opinion that this is a functional problem, so better to start this treatment and stop worrying, have nice day.
