What Is The Remedy For The Diarrhea With Blood, Migraine And Vomiting?
I am a 28 year old female. I have been having diarrhea for the past four days. Last night I began dry heaving small amounts of bright colored blood. I have a migraine, am vomiting, hot and cold , my face feels like it s burning but no fever and I feel exhausted. I am unable to keep anything down. I am trying to hold off going to the doctor until they open tomorrow since an er visit can take hours and I m so exhausted. Any ideas what can be wrong? Thank you.

Hi,
As you are having diarrhea since last 4 days, your symptoms might be related to dehydration and electrolyte imbalances. I would advise you to take lots of fluids like ORS solution or fruits juices to maintain good hydration and correct electrolyte disturbances. You should also take glucose water as you are feeling exhausted.
Antiemetic like domperidone or ondansatron group of drug is advisable for vomiting and antiacidity medicine like pantoprazole or ranitidine group of drugs with antacids are also recommended. I am sure this will help you till the time you go to Emergency care. You may require a course of antibiotics under medical supervision for diarrhea after a stool test.
