What Is The Remedy For The Chills, Dizziness And Fever In A 13 Year Old?
My 13 year old daughter has had a 102.5 degree (F) temperature since yesterday morning. She has not vomited (probably because there is nothing inside her stomach; she lost her appetite) but instead has a massive headache. She gets dizzy attempting to walk or sit up,and has unexpected chills. When the chills occur, her temperature goes down to about 100 degrees (F). Not long after, her temperature spikes back up to the 102-102.5 degrees (F) range. I'm not sure if she needs to go to the hospital... What should I do?

Definitely she needs to be examined by doctor.Common causes are
