HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, what ever the symptoms are the important is diagnosis (Underlying cause ) if no proper diagnosis is there then symptoms would only response to symptomatic medicine and once the effect of the drug is no more there symptoms would returned again, apart from the diagnosis given and surgeries done certain post operative symptoms are likely and it is the process of healing may take some time so let the healing takes placed then it will be fine, if the tests and imaging studies are unremarkable then it is nothing to worry hope this information helps.
